These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of our website www.debitdots.com (the “Site”) and the professional accounting, bookkeeping, and related financial services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).
By engaging DebitDots or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read it carefully before proceeding.
- Scope of Services
DebitDots provides professional accounting and financial support services, including but not limited to bookkeeping, payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable management, and financial reporting.
All Services are performed according to the scope of work agreed upon with the client, either via written proposal, email confirmation, or signed engagement letter.
Any additional requests outside the original scope may require a separate agreement or revised pricing.
- Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and accurate service delivery, clients must:
- Provide complete and accurate financial data and documents as requested.
- Respond to communication and clarifications in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and financial data shared with DebitDots.
DebitDots shall not be held responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.
- Payment Terms
- DebitDots may require payment before, during, or after the completion of Services, depending on the engagement terms.
- Payment details will be included in the invoice or proposal shared with the client.
- Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing services until dues are cleared.
- Revisions and Satisfaction
We aim for 100% client satisfaction.
If a client is not satisfied with the delivered work, DebitDots will provide reasonable revisions as long as the request is within the original scope of work.
Revisions requested due to changes in client requirements or after final acceptance of the work will be treated as new engagements.
- Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable when:
- The agreed service has not been provided in accordance with the original scope of work.
- The client has notified DebitDots in writing within 7 business days of receiving the service.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after work has started.
- Completed and accepted services.
- Requests outside the original service agreement.

- Confidentiality
DebitDots values your privacy and handles all information with strict confidentiality.
Client financial data, documents, and communications will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or with prior written consent.

- Limitation of Liability
While DebitDots strives to provide accurate and professional accounting support, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our Services.
- Errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided data.
- Delays due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., third-party software issues or regulatory delays).
Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
- Termination of Services
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice.
In case of termination:
- The client remains liable for payment of all completed or in-progress work up to the termination date.
- Any advance payments for unrendered services may be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
- Intellectual Property
All reports, deliverables, and documents prepared by DebitDots remain the intellectual property of DebitDots until full payment has been received.
Once payment is complete, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client. - Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of accounting standards(IAS/IFRS/US GAAP) - Updates to This Agreement
DebitDots reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms. - Contact Us
